Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Your coverage continues through the end of your billing cycle, then shifts to the Free plan.
What's the difference between Pro and Family?
Pro covers up to 5 profiles with up to 5 medications and 5 brands watched — ideal for an individual or couple. Family bumps it to 8 profiles (people + pets) and removes the caps entirely: unlimited medications, unlimited brand watch, and per-member pathogen sensitivities. Roughly $1/profile if you fill it out.
What does 'profile' mean?
A profile is one person or pet you're tracking. Each profile has its own allergens, medications, brands, and pathogen sensitivities — so a peanut-allergic kid, a pregnant adult avoiding listeria, and a senior on three blood-pressure meds all get matched independently to the right recalls.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment information at all. You can upgrade to Pro or Family anytime.
How does the allergen tracking work?
You select which allergens matter to your family (peanuts, gluten, dairy, etc.). When a recall involves an undeclared allergen on your list, we alert you immediately.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We never sell your personal data. Your allergen and household information is only used for matching recalls to your profile.
