Recall Watch is a personalized recall monitoring platform that aggregates publicly available recall and outbreak data from federal agencies including the FDA, USDA, CPSC, and CDC. We match recall information against user profiles to deliver relevant alerts.

Recall Watch is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to deliver timely and accurate information, we do not guarantee completeness or timeliness of recall data. Always verify recall information with the issuing agency.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Recall Watch, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account and profile
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account
• Use the service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform
• Not use automated tools to access the service without our written permission

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software comprising Recall Watch are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Recall data sourced from government agencies remains in the public domain. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Recall Watch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any actions you take or fail to take based on information provided through our service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recall Watch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
